Yea the ammo is impressive. You can shoot from 100grn to 600grn. Most commercial is only available in 300grn and 405grn. Few different bullets JHP, TTSX and JSP. If you reload there are a ton. oops just found some 350grn commercial too.

Ooh, I bet if you were shooting some 100 grains, it would really spitting some speedy pellets! 110 and 115 are the standard weights of a .30 carbine bullet, and they are a fast pistol round with a much much smaller case.

I wonder how the accuracy would be? The rifling is probably optimized for a heavier round, rather than a lighter one.


I would love one of these uppers.

Yea they scream at 3000fps and from what I have heard are pretty accurate. Here is the link to the description.

Even had one guy use it to kill a hog with. It was a trapped animal from 40ft but it performed much better than he expected. Obliterated the vitals and came to rest under the skin on the off shoulder.
