I'm getting a kick out of making these! The response to them has been unreal. I was a little leery when I approached Bob with the Idea. ( He doesn't like for his designs to be monkeyed with) I was shocked. Bob was all for it!!! So here is the newest addition to the Lovett-Loveless Connection Line. They have a 3" Blade, 6 1/4" OAL, fully hollow ground blade with a full distal taper. It is the Integral Stiff Horn. I am working on a City Knife version, that looks very nice. Blade length of 2". Blade steel is ATS-34, with a triple temper. It comes with a pocket sheath, followed soon by a cross draw model. Hope you like them! Mike and Manuela

Can't exactly put my finger on why, but I love everything about that knife. I think it was a fantastic twist. Makes me want to get one of them and start cutting stuff.

Fantastic Mike. That would be a great work knife or a fixed EDC if one carried such a thing. Simple, clean, and functional with almost my favorite, a "wharney "blade.

There is something simple and very elegant about that knife! I really like it.

Mike, I really like these knives. You know what I also think would look great? If you were to thin from the groove back, to the thickness of a regular full tang, and add slabs. These knives would look great with ivory, stag, MOP, Micarta, etc. handles. Just a thought.

Keith, I was thinking the same thing. A nice piece of ironwood. Premo

And just how do I go about getting one of these? Maybe I missed something, but I did not see a link or a price. Are you taking orders for these? Cause I want one badly. What a great little knife.

Thank you every one! Like I said, I'm really liking making these!!! Keith I sort of already do. Its the regular Stiff Horn mod. Although it isn't integral. Been thinking about it though. I wonder how jit would look made really thin like this one. The regular one is a bit thicker in the handle. Colog, My E-mail is lister in my profile. Michaellovett@earthlink.net I do take orders, but I don't solicite buisness here on the forums. I think they would frown on it. I am about 7-8 years behind on the Lovett-Loveless Connection Knives, but these can be had in just a few months. http://knifelegends.com/ Will have a few without the wait. If you will e-me, I will get the price to you. thanks Mike and Manuela

Thanks Every one! Manuela and I are really enjoying these little Knives. The one Santa Gave me for Christmas is a Joy to carry> I got a Lovett Knife, I got a Lovett Knife..........oop's sorry! Well I wanted one too. First knife I've made for myself in years! Hi Don, how ya doing guy? Happy New Year! Keith, here is a pic of the City Knife, rather than the Stiff Horn, But I think it will do just fine to show kinda what you were suggesting. Mike and Manuela

I'm show this pic, so that you can inspect the guard joint area. Please if you will, take a close look at the underside of the knife, where the tang, guard, and blade join. I think you will be able to see just how close a fit we get, and, just how much it looks like a true integral. But without the additional 1000dollar price tag usually added to them. Thanks Guys. Mike and Manuela
