New LM Wave belt case?

dont know if you guys have this issue but my new WAVE (which i love) came with a belt case and is it me or is the wave very loose in the case?? anyway to tighten this up? lots of play.
 
Is it the leather sheath? My nylon sheath is a lot more snug than the leather one.

it is the leather/nylon sheath mix. the flap is leather and the rest of it is nylon. when the tool is in there its pretty loose. i may go the maxpedition route

Thanks! i may go this route. i thought about soaking the sheath in water and letting it dry in the sun in hope that it will tighten up. if that doesnt work i am going the maxi route

edit: i said screw it and bought a maxi single sheath. i wanted the foliage green but all they had was od green... amazon is where i bought it

so i bought the maxpedition single sheath for my LM Wave and i must say i love that thing. you can tell it will last longer than me.
