Hello,

My name is Matthew Malone and I am a new maker. I’m a fulltime mechanical engineer, part-time knife-maker and tinkerer. This is my first offering on Bladeforums.

The knife:

Steel: O1
Hardness: 59HRC
Overall Length: ~7 5/8"
Blade Length: ~3 3/8" tip to handle
Thickness: 0.110" at spine
Blade Width: ~1"
Grind: Flat
Blade Finish: 400/600 grit rough finish, rough hand polish
Handle: Ebony bolster, Stabilized Spalted Tamarind, Black Vulcanized Fiber Liners, coated with Tru Oil, hand polished.
Handle Fasteners: Stainless Steel Pins and System Three Epoxy

The Sheath:
Type: Pouch, designed for left side carry, can be carried left or right side.
Finish: Black Dye and Beeswax + Orange Oil

Thanks for getting back to me! Soooo tempting. Ya know what, screw you man, you're gonna get me in so much trouble, buying another knife after I told her we'd concentrate on getting tires for her truck....damnit, you're such a jerk. Someone please purchase this knife before I have to, please.
