It says 95% mild steel, that's disappointing, I'd much rather have good old 1095 or S30V.

Yep, one of the local business owners recently bought the Delta Queen, brought it here, and made a floating hotel and restaurant. Just imagine what all you could have on a carrier!

95% steel is a good thing.
the destroyers & "fast" frigates I slept in in the 80's had aluminum hulls.
 
Looks like we got a crew here. But I don't know if we can stay sober long enough to do anything more than party. But that would work. A floating casino/church sounds like a great idea.

Yeah, I was disappointed about the engines also but we could alwasy but her up and make knives out of her until the year 2065.:)
 
A guy up the street from me has a 87' Honda Civic for sale.

Says "Good motor" right on the windshield.

I think we could rig it.
 
Noticed it did'nt have a price tag.Guess if you have to ask,you can't afford it.I wonder how much though?
 
I too have a Civic for sale.... Strap her on there and we could have 220 hp! And we would get 40 mpg to boot!
 
you can't just put any outboard on that thing :)

i like how they say the height is 46m but the pumps don't work. Next month height = 45m
