if they are brand new why dont you have a box they came with?
I am interested in these, but i need to go to the mall and try on a pair for fit issues.
I'm thinking about useing them as riding glasses for my M/C

I've gotten several private messages asking about the case and I don't see what the big deal is. The case that it comes with can be bought for $13.99 on the Maui Jim site:

This is a $299 pair of sunglasses. Seriously folks, let's prioritize our concerns here. Spend $160+ more than what I'm asking by buying it at the mall or buy your own case for $14? Hmm, difficult decision. If you have some issue with me not having a case, I have an easy solution for you: Go somewhere else.
