I had completely forgotten about the H1 steel from Spyderco (lack of sleep is a b!+ch) when I recommended that you look at SOG knives. For round the clock exposure to water there's probably no better choice than the Spyderco's that have been recommended. And Spyderco knives are extremely tough and hold a good edge. I will say, however, that I still recommend from personal experience that the SOG Seal Pup is a great choice also, if you happen to like it better than the Spyderco's.
