New member, Just got the new "Leek" and a Benchmade 720

Yup, I'd have to agree. Got one myself for an at-work carry. It's so cool, though, that you'd want to carry it all the time. :D That flipper action is slick, and the sucker locks up real tight. When you carry it clipped to your pocket, the exposed portion looks very techno. Now I alternate between the Leek and the Spyderco Native. A newcomer to knives, this is the extent of my collection. Hmm, might have to work on that. ;)
 
I have two leeks, the first my wife got me as a birthday present. unfortunately this one had a really bad nick on the top of the frame, (she mailed it back the other day) the second is ok however. It is a wonderful knife to feel in the hand and I have to say it probably will be my next edc. I loved the chive, but needed it to be bigger. although the shape is not exactly the same, the ergonomics are wonderful. I think if they had just "enlarged" the chive it would'nt have worked out well. all in all its a great knife to handle, and very flat in the pocket! almost would,nt know its there!!!
