Leave that one shaped as is and find another that more suits your needs. It would be a pity to destroy a fine old axe only to make it into something lesser.
Then again, those Kent style axes are less common here in the States than they are over there in the UK so maybe I'm more sentimental about it. Of course Council Tools still offer a Kent style axe over here.
