I have read all the books I care to read for now, and I've been watching and reading a lot of the knifemakers' comments here. I've got my "around $50" shop all set up, and I think I'm ready to try my first blade.

I like Veff serrations, so if I were to incorporate some into this blade, is that in any way fraudulent/stealing? I by no means intend to sell this first blade, but if it is sold later down the road, I'd rather not be sued for something like copyright infringement or something.

Thanks.

According to CRKT, Veff serrations are covered by a US patent.
