I've turned a dojomate and good friend of mine into a bonafide knifeknut. His name is Brett Fournier and he recently joined BFC here. He's a consummate martial artist, outdoorsman and hunter, a bail enforcement agent, protection specialist, and the best damn game cook I've ever met. I had his gourmet Chili at his place last night during Superbowl - it had Venison, Wild Boar, Duck, and several other unidentifiable but delicious meats. It was the best chili I've ever eaten, bar none. He also makes an addictive venison jerky, and venison sausage. I call him "The Game Gourmet." Please welcome him to Bladeforums. He knows his stuff, and will be an excellent contributor. Brett, post up here to introduce yourself. Everyone else, please welcome him and feel free to give him hell!

Also, he's a sneaky bastard, as you can see from the pic below, where he snuck up to me with a blade held in a somewhat aggressive manner...:D

Thanks Brian for the kind comments on the cooking, and thank you all for letting me read and learn...Stay tuned for more insight.

Heh heh - put extra beans in your chili and lemme have a few bowls before we ride up to NY this Thursday. I'll make sure the windows won't open. :D THAT would be a mistake...
