New Microtech Currahee Crosshair

That is the first I have heard of that model - not my type of knife but is is nice to see Microtech doing something.

I suppose it'll be expensive.

Of you get one, do a review.

Regards

I'm finding them on the 'net in a quick search (Microtech Crosshair) for around the $250 mark. Sweet looking knife!

I found this pic with a quick google search. Looks good but I really wish they would come out with a new folder.

I just got my January 2010 issue of Tactical Knives Magazine and it has an article on the Cross Hair. 10inches OAL 4.48in blade and it is .200 inches thick! The sheath looks awesome and light. I am definitely going to get this knife now. I'll post a review when I get it.

I wonder if they have one with a plain front edge and a partial serrated back edge. From what's shown in the picks it looks like it's all or nothing when it comes to serrations.

I AM 100% WITH FLASHPOINT! Why are blades either plain edged or serrated on both edges of a dagger...what a waste. Blackhawk and Benchmade made the same mistake. As controverisal as serrations are why put they on both blades?????

At Blade West, MT had one that was plain edge on the bottom and fully serrated on the top edge. I want that one. The just had it on display, none for sale at the show. It is a pretty beefy knife. They are going for just a little over 200 from a number of dealers. That is a good price for this knife and sheath. IMHO.

Well according to their website they are. I'm glad too, although I have been told that the Socom Elite will be discontinued. :(

I have the first model in stock. It is comparable to the other Currahee models. It is a double edge spear point with partial serrations on both sides. Good quality knife.
