Hello Bladeforums!Got a good deal for someone. New Microtech LUDT with box, warranty card and sheath. The model number on the box says 135-2. It is a black blade, partially serrated, S30V steel and production date of 04/2010.
Powerful opening, firm lockup and centered well when closed. This would make an excellent EDC knife! Some minor scuffing on the handle which can be seen in the pictures below (the pictures make the scuffing look worse than when the knife is in my hand). No other condition issues I see. Knife is unused, uncarried and original factory edge.

Front side of knife with tape measure for size reference. 4th pictures shows scuffing on front side. Again to me it looks worse in the picture than when the knife is in hand.
