New Microtech UMS / Ti handled BM Bali

Howdy,

We have on the table a:
2006 Microtech UMS (PE S30V) with Box/ Papers - but no sheath.
Titanium Handled Benchmade Bali (BM42 - Weehawk) with the spring latch - PE 440C spearpoint blade - has some scuffs on the blade from sharpening, but other than that, flipped on rare occasion, and it's gone back to the sheath.

I'm really looking for a nice fixed blade, and would love to trade both knives for the right one.
