Mine finally stopped sticking but I did manage to strip one of the liner screws. I do actually like the pocket clip.

After I the knife broke in I totally fell in love with it

I wish I felt the same about the clip. I guess they placed it far from the tip to incorporate a lanyard whole. Even worse is that the metal clip has poor memory and eventually raises off the G10 by a millimeter. As a result, the clip rattles/clicks against the G10 every time the knife is handle. Tap the clip with your finger to see what I'm referring to.

I'm debating just removing it all together.

Really? I sanded the g10 where it touches the pocket clip and mine doesn't rattle or anything

Wow now I'm going to be super paranoid. Have you thought about bending the clip back? I will say that I emailed Emerson about the screws and they didn't ask any questions
