New mini otter box 1000 survival kit

Also the knowledge of how to defeat zipties if they are used instead of handcuffs as a restraint. They are just another level of protection in case I was ever to run into a SHTF situation.

Can you explain this part a little better? Is there a technique to it, or do you just keep a small saw/blade stashed on your person?

There's a couple techniques to defeating zipties as a resraint system. They're all fairly similar, it kinda just depends on how they tie you up with them. Weather it's hand over hand or hands side by side, it also depends on how tight they apply them on your wrists. I don't think it's something I can really explain, you'd really need to see how it's done I think to get the jist of it. It dosen't involve a saw or blade, it's a swift movement of pulling your shoulders, arms, and wrists back and apart to get the zip ties to come apart.

You'd have to get it out and stash it ahead of time if you think you might end up in that sort of situation. That's the only key I have that's metal, all my other's are plastic, so they can't be detected. I have a pocket, with a zipper, that I had sewn in on the back side of my belt that's large enough to hold a key a some other items for stashing, so that's where I'd keep it more than likely. I know the key isn't the answer to all the issues but I'd rather have one on me, than not.

 thanks, I hadn't thought about stashing it elsewhere ahead of time. Thinking about it now, it's small enough to fit lots of places and easily go unnoticed.
