I've got a Cold Steel Trail Hawk that I modded. It's new except for the work I did to it. I sandblasted the head to remove the paint. Then I soaked it in vinegar for two nights and days to put a nice patina on the head. I hand sanded the handle until all the CS cheap varnish was removed then stained and put several (four) coats of nice satin polyurethane finish on it. And finally, I did the paracord wrap on the bottom half of the handle. (There are no holes in the handle.) I have not used it since it was finished There isn't a mark on it. I also have posted several other knives and a couple of machetes for trade here that could be added (if need arises). I'd like to trade for a RAT or other similar knife. I'm flexable.
