Here's my newest Model XIV, (Model 14 for those of us a little more unrefined). It's the Model XIV Bird and Trout
As usual, this came about from a customer's request. This is the actual first one, the PROTOTYPE to the model.
Here's the specs:
Model XIV
Serial: PT 1
Steel: 1/8" 440-C
Handles: Red Linen Micarta with Black Fiber lining
Pins/Lanyard: SS
Blade length: 3 5/8"
Overall length: 7 13/16"
Weight: 4.2 ounces
Custom-fit leather sheath included, but not pictured because I keep forgetting, but it's nice.

May I ask where you're getting your red linen Micarta? I'm having trouble finding a source for red that's consistantly dyed and not specked with inclusions.

Hey, thanks man. I can't find any that doesn't have some, but I have had a lot of good dealings with Sheffield Knifemakers Supply. I find some specks sometimes, but not much. They are also really good about being timely. I hate to wait for supplies when I need them!
