I'm reading casual posts about larger Runt designs and something called a Bushfinger? It quickens the heart! Pics and info for the hungry masses! :)

I have drawn up 13 new designs in the last few weeks.

They include:

A larger Runt I'm going to call the Palmer
A tactical knife
A redesign of the guardless Ladyfinger that is going to be named the Bushfinger
A couple of Wharnies
A Skein Dhu
A couple of small speearpoint carvers
Two designs that have handles that remind me of oyster shuckers that I'm going to call the Shuckers
A new full handled Karda called the Bushcraft Karda
And a 3 finger Bow Legged Joe

Does any of that sound at all interesting?

This is the one that I want to see and buy!!!! 3 1/2" blade with same handle would be awesome. Show the drawing and sign me up for one, with a layered typical Fiddleback handle.

It's awesome!!!! Can't wait to see how they all turn out! I don't even know what a shucker looks like, so I'll do some googling for a mental picture. It all sounds fantastic, Andy!

sounds like a lot of good stuff, i do love wharnies. the larger runt peeks my interest too.
I think i would like to see you do a hatchet.
ever think you would have any interest in a project of that nature.

These sound very cool. When will there be pictures?
And I would be interested in seeing a Fiddleback hatchet as well...

He showed them all to me. I tell ya what, that boy might have a good one or two in there. ;)

Its something I need to look into. BBT wants a cleaver too. Gotta find time to work on that one...

I would like to see a karda scaled up about 30%, with a more squared-off choil to act as a guard on thrusts. It would be a terrific "tactical knife".

All of that sounds very interesting. To me the ones in bold above sound most appealing. :D

That said, I'm still saving for one of your small Nessies.

It all sounds interesting, but the bolded ones in particular

I'm starting to save my money now for one of these. It looks like I'll just have to be patient and wait for some pictures to see which one(s) I'll have to get.

Pictures will come this week. I've got almost 30 knives getting finished in this batch.
