New Moderators

Before they achieve full status as moderators, shouldn't someone check their performance?

Where I come from, you can't be a moderator until you can demonstrate your ability to reduce the local flux of neutrons!

Most of the life forms here have plenty of hydrogenous material both linked into carbon compounds and circulating as a free oxide. Testing is probably not required except in the rare case.
