This is a new design from us that aims to pack more power into a shorter OAL. The end result hits like a full sized blade despite only having 11" of blade.
A lot of the design revolves around the finger choil to help you choke up on the blade and tame that forward balance for control in finer work. The scallop at the rear of the spine is actually a thumb ramp to help lock yourself in while using this forward grip.
Sometimes its difficult to make modern khukuris beautiful- especially when you need to fit in things like finger choils and guards. Sometimes they can look a bit noisy or blobby. We think we found a great balance here between more dramatic modern lines and a more understated elegance
One thing we're really excited about is the ability to do lots of colour combinations with the micarta handle and bolster. This is an orange bolster with a chocolate brown handle. having a little bit of colour pop is I think a nice way to let the blade express your personality
