I have a Mora Robust and I must say that it has impressed me the most since my heavily modified Mora 2000.
The Robust has a bigger handle and along with the thick blade you feel like you can do some serious work with it.
However, I'm sure it's only half-tanged like most plastic Moras, so I wouldn't baton with it too heavily.
The handle allows you to choke up comfortably for fine carving tasks, whilst still having a ergonomically correct grip for cutting firesticks and so on.
I haven't used it in the woods yet, but it seems like it won't suffer from edge chipping in the same way that most Mora knives do, because of the thicker grind.
I'm going to buy a bunch of these later on and do some zero-convex grinds and other modifications.
The only thing I don't like about this knife is the sheath. While it is slim and sexy, the retention is among the worst I've seen in ages.
Basically, two small ramps/ridges allow the finger guard to click into a position. These will wear out and they aren't very secure to begin with.
If you're not just going to use this in construction and throw it away a month later, this is a knife which will ultimately need another sheath, unfortunately.
The sheath design of the Mora 2000 is classic and pure genius. It won't wear out and the knife sits so secure that it can be carried up-side-down.
