And more specifically in the Netherlands? Or Can my favorite knife shop in Amsterdam specifically order them? Althoug I like the looks of the old Moran I feel that the new Moran is the better overall package for me.
 
Mr. Blonde - Netherlands should have them very soon. e have a very good distributor there (Adola) and they are usually on tope of it. BTW What is your favorite shop in
Amsterdam. I generally visit "The Old Man" when I'm there.

Although it is a bit of travel for me, 1,5 hours by train. the Old Man is definitely my favorite knife shop! I think even the best in Holland! No I don't work there, although it would be the ultimate summer job. I would probably just scare customers away with endless explanations of every knife heheheheh
