New motor need help

So I got a new marathon 1.5hp motor off eBay for a great deal. But it came with this fan on the front that I can't seem to remove. I removed the set screw and key from the shaft. But the fan and clutch type thing I just can't get off. I tried a prybar and hammer and it didn't nudge. Tried Google with no luck. So if one of you have any ideas I'd be very grateful!

Looks like you could drill 2 holes in a piece of barstock, lay it over the shaft and run screws into the aluminum piece and pull it off using the tapped holes.

If I can find some screws that would fit I'll try it. Great idea thanks John! Oh I got those hand bolts today. They look Great!
