New Native IV CF - keep or send it back?

The CF Native is the only Spyderco knife I've had that I didn't care for at all. Gritty action and the hole sat too low for my taste. I wound up giving it away and can't say I miss it.
 
I have the same problem with my Native 4. I took it apart and nothing changed, glad to see that I am not the only one. While I love the knife, it shouldn't do this.

You were backwards on that, he said first bit of opening and last bit of closing, choil clearing etc.
