Made these today,11/8. Quite comfortable in the hand. Made from 8" Nicholson files tempered down to 57-59rc., 6 1/4" long, blade is 1/8" thick, Burgundy, Black, and Olive Green Micarta handles 3/8" thick, 1/4" NickelSilver hollow pins, Kydex sheath. I have another Burgundy, Black and a Natural Micarta in the works but I finished these first. $60 shipped conus w/ 100% mbg. Thanks for looking.

Nice work as always mykul. I have a prototype of this sheath design with a different blade style and mykul's kydex fitting is awesome even the proto snaps secure with no wiggle and is contoured to lay flat against the chest.

I received the knives today. They are perfect. The "desk knife" is truly a piece of functional "art." When my Brother and I found the old flat files in Dad's tool box, we decided we wanted something we could use and admire made from them. Your craftsmanship turned those old files into family keepsakes. We appreciate the time and effort you put into the project.
