New old ickler 2.5x48

Just wanted some info on this belt sander it is in OK shape.specs are as follows Ickler 2.5 x 48 6.5 in contact wheel with 1/2 horse motor. Has anyone used one before?
 
Do you have a make on it? Is the contact wheel and any others in reasonable condition with what seems to be good bearings?

Yes the bearings seem fine no slop it tracks fine but the contact wheel is wore down to about 60 percent life. The guys asking $150.00
