We've restocked on our No. 8's and have added both flavors of No. 7's and the 118 Chef's Knife! Bearing a strong resemblance to Medieval belt knives, the 1/8" thick full-convex blade is light, durable, and chops wood better than you could guess! Try it in the woods--AND the kitchen!
