I wish they still made that one - I missed out on it. There's still time for the Orange Zing I guess...

EZ, I have one as well. I believe it's a Cabelas brick & mortar exclusive. I work right across the street from one, and was there recently. A salesperson checked the inventory for me and there's 125 left in the Cabelas inventory.
 
Thanks guys, I got mine a s a blem from Kershawguy..I may have gotten his last one, $30 and I can not tell what the heck is "wrong" with this one! I NEVER get a break when it comes to getting the last one of anything lol..so this little guy is special..I had called the Cabelas near me in Michigan and they had 3 lest..but $50
 
Yup for some reason i really like the orange color. Maybe cause i can find it easier. Here's my orange family.

Kershawguy appears to be out of Blems, and I'm out of luck - no Cabelas for more than a few hundred miles from me.

I've got the Orange Packrat like Dakine has, but no Zing or Skyline yet. I might have to pick up a Zing blem from Dave, but that skyline looks like I'd enjoy it more than the Zing.

That sucks. Oh well, I guess I can't have 'em all :)

I dig the wallet! Thats the same one I carry daily, along with my Rokform V3 on my iPhone in bright orange as well!

I was thinking about getting that same case. Would be easier to find my phone.

Flipside Wallet, expensive for a wallet but i like it and keep it in front pocket.

Cabela's still has them in stock, I just got mine last week (along with a serrated Chill, which was on sale for $12.99!). If you don't have a Cabela's close to you (which I don't), call customer service and ask for the Cabela's exclusive blaze orange Kershaw Skyline (as it's not showing up on the website). Wish I would have got a blem from Kershawguy to put in my EDC rotation, but procrastinator me waited to long! BTW, the part number is in another thread here in the forums. Good luck!

The kershaw p/n is 1760OR. I am not sure of the Cabela's sku. I don't live near a Cabela's, but will be going by several in June. It's a long time, but hoping they still have them at that point.
 
Call any Cabelas and you should be able to order. I got 2 from them on the phone.
Don't try ordering from their website, they aren't listed.
The SKU number is: 003 263 452 for Customer Service to find them easier for you.
get them while they last.....

You should consider a fixed blade orange Skyline as well. I just picked up a "blem" from kershawguy for a great price. Can't for the life of me figure out what the blem is. I have the orange Packrat as well, as well as an orange handled Field knife which is a similar shape as the Packrat.

Thanks for the sku! Anybody got the sku # for the orange skyline fixed blade?
 
That orange looks killer. I haven't the slightest idea why but I've always though orange scales and handles looked great.
 
The sku number was a big help -- thanks.

Be sure to call a B&M store -- not the Cabela's 800 number. Customer service at the 800 number said they'd have to call Kershaw and find out how much the knife is! Not that it mattered; they couldn't find it in their system anyway.

Call the hunting department at your closest Cabela's. One store had several orange Skylines. But the hunting dept. guy couldn't ship and had to transfer me to customer service. That resulted in five dropped calls and a long wait.

Then the shocker: The customer service lady quoted a price of $60 shipped by UPS. (Cabela's sells the knife itself for $50.)

That's impossible, I insisted. The Skyline is selling for $35 or so nearly everywhere I checked.

But while I held and she did a price check, I found that the Skyline "lists" for $75. And, yes, indeed, Cabela's sells them for $50. The store matches only B&M prices within 50 miles -- not Internet prices.

We are just so used to paying street prices that we don't know how good we have it.

$60 bucks for an orange Skyline. Makes you wonder how much you want one.

And, yes, I did order it. That's twice the price of KershawGuy's blem model. Damn. At least I won't have those little xxxx's on my orange Skyline. :cool:
