Ran about 50 rounds through it Sunday, and it's a keeper! :D

Very cool. Congrats!

Man, I would be happy to own any gun that bears the browning name!

That will make a fine outdoors companion. Keep your eye on that front sight though, my experience with fiber optic sights has shown them to be fragile and easily lost.

I bet it is just begging to put some small game in the pot!

I have been in the market for a Buckmark Camper or maybe a Ruger MkII or MkIII. If I can ask, what did you pay for it in stanless? Over $300?

Nice gun! I've been contemplating getting back into shooting.
I don't have a .22 semi-auto though.
A buddy of mine has a Ruger Mark II which i like but a Buckmark .22 would complement my Browning Hi-power more nicely.
How do you like those finger-groove grips?
Weird question but with the new Buckmarks the grooves are just in the grips right?
The frontstrap is still flat like with the older Buckmarks?

I still have my original Browning Challenger ,it's seen many rounds !! .I hate those Tru-Glo sights .I had one on my Benelli shotgun. I took it out for the first time squirrel hunting .It was terrible because in the shade it was OK but in the sun it really glowed .I couldn't deal with two different sight pictures so I immediately removed the plastic and put in a stainless steel piece !Much better. For pistols and rifles I still prefer a patridge sight , square post , square notch.
