New PC help "ding"

I fried my old PC and got a new one last week. I.m having trouble remembering how to make some things work.
When I click the mountain icon to post a picture I just get a "ding" but the window doesn't open. Can someone tell me what I need to enable for the window to open?

I guess the javascript is disabled on your internet browser. What do you use as a browser? Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera or Safari or something else??

Depends on the browser, but some block all popups, check your settings and make sure bladeforums is allowed to popup a window.
