New pic of the forthcoming al Mar Shrike!

I might have missed something but which one is on the way Dennis? The Al Mar or the custom? I've read so much I had to go ahead and preorder one from new Grahamn. It looks very sweet, and being built on the SERE frame should be stout. Still a Nov/Dec. ship date?
 
The production model is on the way. They should be widely available before December. They are hitting distribution now.
 
Al Mar man told me next week, but he also told me a pocket clip was coming 4 weeks ago,sooooo we'll see.
 
Placed my preorder :D. It will be my first production knife in a while. Now who will be making leather belt sheaths for the Shrike?
 
I've got an awesome leather belt sheath for my SERE 2000, made by... Gary Graley. I wonder if he would make me one for the Shrike?

I am not really fond of Al Mars, I have no doubt they are great knives and to be truthfull, I have never handled one. But in my ever expanding list of knives to aquire, Al Mar's aren't even on there. I am sure as my tastes develope, this will change. :p
 
Just got an email telling me I have one on the way. I figure it should be here by the end of the week. Really looking forward to it as the SERE 2000 really got me going again in knives!
