new post / question about steel "looks"

If I take 500 sheets of tinfoil and "forge" them with a 100 ton press, can I call it damascus? What if I take dried dog-poo and shape it into handle scales, can I call it "natural material"? If I make a sheath out of roadkill, can I call it leather? If I throw rocks at it, can I call it a rockwell test?
