New Pouch, what to put in it ?

Mine has a bunch of stuff in it but is too big for belt wear. I will get some pics up soon. I asked John to hook the sheath on so I never had to worry about not having a knife. I can just grab the kit, some snacks and water and go.
 
I'm getting one too pitdog so I have already been giving it some thought.

The tin has duct tape on both sides. One the bottom there are a couple of fish hooks under the tape. The blue bands holds it shut. Then there are:

Fire steel and striker
fishing line
needle and thread
couple of band aids already in the box
SAK
signal mirror
can opener
match box has tender and petroleum soaked cotton balls and zip lock baggy
whistle/compass/magnifying glass/thermometer combo
There's also a new razor blade taped on the bottom side of the box.
 
Those pouches are nice Pit. Id carry a PSK knife, some sewing bobbins with cordage, a lighter, signal mirror, led micro torch, and other PSK items. Or a small FAK. I think a slim, belt worn FAK is a great idea. Some dressings, tape, kerlex, razor blade, fresnal lens, meds etc...Beverage bag with coffee, tea bags and the like would be cool. Not really a belt idea though.

Or just fill it with Treats for the pooches and make em wear em on their collars. I thought about making a small pouch for my dogs collar.

Love that blade in the first pic. Reminds me of my Laconico. I can really tell Ray has rubbed off on Mark and vice versa since theyve been working together.

I think I'll toss my Vic Classic in there as well !:thumbup:
 
Not sure of the size(how much it'll flex) but maybe a small fire kit and a wire saw.. If you can maybe add a small knife as well..
 
A little signal mirror would be nice, maybe some tinfoil as well.

Wrap the outside with cord, slip some stuff down in it as well, a needle or
fishing hook. Just an idea, takes up no room, literally, of the inside.
