  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

New Product Idea

Where was all this help when I really needed it? Great stuff and many, many thanks. We'll see how the king does and how it all plays out.

The as forged Chainpuri and Hanuman blades I got had the edge bevel but were not sharpened. Both had about a 1/32" flat that had to be sharpened.
The blades were forged with flat edge bevels so they can be formed and sharpened to one's particular taste. The chainpuri that I finished into something different has a mostly flat edge bevel with a full convex edge. To say the least it is a fierce chopper for its weight and size!:D

I don't recall what I paid for them, but the best I can recall I think it was about a third of the regular price.
I'm still thinking everyone should at least buy an as forged blade whether one finishes it or not.
The as forged blades really give you a more complete insight to the kami's art.:)
