Besides what looks like a cover on the spike what is different from the other spax

We're just going to start off by saying sorry. We should have been clearer from the start - that's not a cover, that's a spade. Basically, this is the SPAX as modified to be a digging tool. It's called the Sniper SPAX because the original purpose was for a sniper to dig out their hiding spot quickly. It also comes with a premium sheath.

This one's not going to be for everyone. Like a lot of our tools, we wanted to make the right tool for a specific job. This one is extremely light weight and is both a digging tool and an ax. That can save a LOT of weight on your pack if you're hiking or camping.
