This is a beefed up full/tapered tang version of the Bodyguard.

I'm giving it the Stealth designation for the matte, no-glare finish. The cerakote, besides giving good wet weather resistance and low maintenance, masks the blade so that you hardly see the it coming...until it's too late. It's a no nonsense fighting knife that's easily carried, strikes like a snake from concealment and delivers devastating cuts.

In designing this knife the idea was to give serious power for snap cuts and back cutting in a concealable package.
I'm making the kydex sheaths tuckable for any dress code.

The blades will be forged from 1075 with cerakote finish and black linen micarta scales. About six inches of cutting edge with a sharpened clip and approximately 4.5 inch handle.

I'm shooting to make this a run of ten and there are currently 6 slots left so contact me via email or PM if interested.

I'll get started forging tomorrow and try to keep the thread posted with progress updates. Without further rambling;)...here's the Bodyguard Stealth.

That's bada$$, Ben! Lovin the overall shape and proportions, nice grinds too. :)

In the second to last pic you posted with the 5 rough forged blades, I noticed the one on top (the hot one) has the handle's profile forged in and the others look like they've only been drawn out and tapered and left in a rough "rectangle" like profile, such as the one in the first wip picture you posted. I'm curious if you go back after that stage and forge all the tangs to the intended profile after they've already been tapered. Or did you just feel snazzy and decide to forge that one closer to shape. :D

Hope you don't mind the question, I'm just always interested in the different processes that other bladesmiths forge their knives by.

Also, I think blackening the pins would sweet and really complete the "Stealth" theme, although it still looks great with the bit of contrast. Do you have any ideas as to how you'd blacken the domed pins? Maybe you could use mild steel pins and cold blue them using Q-tip ? lol Just a thought.
