New project... Bodyguard Stealth

Actually just cut that one off a bit short and had to forge the handle closer to shape, lol! As to the pins, Caswell sells stainless steel blackener so that wouldn't be a problem.

Checking edge and tip geometry by chopping blackwood and stabbing into pine and prying...1075 is some purty tough stuff:) Although I'm finishing these with cerakote, they were all clay coated for differential heat treat...not a bad idea to have some flexibility in a knife like this;)

Pretty tough stuff. I've been carrying a knife with cerakote finish and am really happy with how it wears.

I was wondering about the cerakote finish as I've seen some very nice looking Beretta 92s lately with beige and green cerakote finishes.

Ben:
Watching your work in progress reminds me of my days as an expectant father. I am getting excited to handle and carry the finished blade now that you have posted the embryonic sonograms; oh, I mean progress photos.

Do you think that my friends will expect cigars like they received at the birth of my children?
