New Queen Premium Trapper

That is one great looking knife. Queens's carved stag bone always looks great.

Great looking knife you got there!
I have the smaller (3.5") Trapper and it is one of my top 5 in carry time. That bone should just keep getting better with age, and Queens PH-D2 Really stays sharp.

The bone in that one really is nice. I'm not generally a huge fan of the carved bone, but they did a fantastic job with that one. Congrats on a great addition!

This is a mutant version on the Amberbone, where the Amber did not hold on the bone.
With a very delightful result

It is the same as the Premium Trapper but the Spey blade is different

I just have to keep sneaking in and looking at this knife....it is a beauty!..I really, really like that knife.
Can I ask this...Queen...who ACTUALLY makes the knives-or who owns them?, is it a U.S.A based company? ( Im sorry to sound VERY green)...even though some blades may have stamped U.S.A. on them doesnt mean that they are acyually made there...is this correct?..please help me with this...as Im pretty sure lukacsmilhaly has convinced me to buy one...( do I go on e-bay?)
I hope I havent side-lined this great thread-if I have? sincere apologies..and let me know so I can edit :-)
Thank you for helping me out here.
Duncan

Hey Duncan!
I'm pretty sure these are made in Titusville, the ole U.S of A.
I'm no expert but I've never heard of Queen Cutlery manufacturing overseas.
Oh, and I don't think anyone was bothered by your question. :)

Cheers for that Mike...I was just a wee bit worried about side tracking YOUR thread.
I just may give those guys a e-mail ;)
Good to know that these knives are made in the U.S
Thank you for your time.

Nice ones you got there!
How's that gunstock, BTW? I think a similar one is next on my purchase list.

I really like the pattern and the size. At 3 1/2" it is very pocket friendly and the combination of larger clip blade / smaller pen blade works well.

I'm pretty sure that I've heard the Queen factory in Titusville, PA is the oldest continuous manufacturing facility in the US, having opened in 1902.

Oh lordy...its starting again...
I have been buying all sorts here, now I have just ordered the large stockman 3 bladed knife!!! ( in that lovely bone )
I hope the guys didnt mind my requests for checking a few things for me....I cant wait.
-oh man...c'mon Mrs post lady :)

I know, I checked! :D
Had my eye on that one for a month now, as well as a gunstock for my father in law.
I'm glad I could help, bro!
That's one of the things this subforum is all about! (going bankrupt, that is :p:D)
