Hello Everyone!


As a relatively new RAT Cutlery dealer, I would like to introduce myself.

I have been in marketing & customer service related jobs for about 25 years & have been a business owner for the past 12 ½ years. I have been an outdoors person all of my life & enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking & other outside activities. The knife business is a result of combining my outdoor interests with my marketing/customer service interests & experience. The-Knife-Connection.com was started 9 months ago and things have been going well and we have been growing.

I want to make it clear that I am not here to try and take anyone else’s business. I am focused on meeting & exceeding customer expectations with a combination of top quality products at the lowest price possible, delivered to you as quickly as possible and all backed with top notch customer service.

Everything on my website is in stock and much more is on the way. My online store will be a “one stop shop” for RAT Cutlery products as I will be stocking everything that RAT Cutlery offers.

Thanks Esav! I am really excited about RAT Cutlery products. They offer a lot of knife for the money & of course their customer service is second to none.:thumbup:

Dale is a first class dealer. I've been working with him for quite some time now and have seen him go above and beyond for customers many times.

He's the real deal.

Dale is a good guy to deal with as are a lot of our dealers. It seems we attract the straight up people to deal with as a general rule. For anyone in the Knoxville , Tennessee area there is another new dealer called Earth Traverse Outfitters and they are also great folks to deal with if you are local and want to put hands on a knife. Mike

To anyone who hasn't yet done business with t-k-c, I can attest that:

a. Dale's not kidding about "Every 30th order is free (up to $100)"; and
b. When he actually gets paid for a RAT, he ships quickly. :D​

Looking forward to doing business with this lever-action-totin' Buckeye again soon.
 
NOW NOW, let's not hold that he is a Buckeye against him. He can't control where he is from.

At least he has a good last name--like the coach of a REAL #1 team. :D
