New/Recent Hinderer Scores Thread...a place to share and comment.

Nice Chris. I've only had two and both had domed thumb studs. I like them, but I imagine I would like them either way but they are a nice touch.
 
Chris.....nice.....you know....I've never checked mine.....does it mean anything or is it just a cosmetic difference?
 
Just a cosmetic difference. There out there, I just personally never had an Xm with them yet until now. I like em ;)
 
I remember someone in the know saying that there's a container filled with both, and they are just randomly picked when assembling.
 
I was going to turn around and sell this one because I need some funds, but I just can't. This one has the strongest detent of all the Xms I have. Blade rockets out with slight pressure on the flipper. I may switch out the scales, not to crazy about the orange G10.

Yeah I'm probably going to put the orange scale on my slicer I keep in my vest carrier, so If I ever have a repeat of it falling out, it will be easier to find.

I recall that as well, but of the 16 or so that have passed through my hands I've only had 2 or 3 with domed studs.

I actually look for them now because I prefer them, even though it's a small thing and most likely would't be a showstopper if I was interested in a particular XM..
 
Yeah i was really lucky on this one. Got it at a killer price. It was on a bidding site and it is BNIB. I placed the minium bid and forgot about it. Three days later I got an email that I won. I was shocked! :)

Not too long back some of us played the "where's the XM" photo game...it quickly went to near impossible to play on mobile devices and then difficult for even the largest screens, so it lost the interest of most.
 
Michael....it actually sounds like fun.....but I can imagine the difficulty on a mobile device.....or even a laptop.....
I can also believe that some of the pics might have had the XM in very creative places....
 
I think the photos are in the front porch thread...but don't really recall...too much to process on the daily to remember every detail of every forum thread.
