New/Recent Hinderer Scores Thread...a place to share and comment.

Received my first Hinderer (XM-18 3.5 flipper/slicer) Saturday and, after two days of fondling, decided to begin an EDC with it this morning. The small micarta Sebbie will be out of my pocket for the first time in four years.

 
Just got this in...XM-24 custom spearpoint in full working finish. Might be my new favorite!!! Its just perfection.

Jason, I have to second Jensen on this - GREAT looking -24!! I especially love the closeups of the blade and grind. Nothing better than the WF hollow grind!
 
Thanks boys! :) I love it! This thing is awesome because its size of a 24 with the edge and point like a 18...sharpest XM I have ever felt!
 
That spear 24 is beastly- especially in working finish! I've been trapped inside all day thanks to our most recent ice storm (Texas shuts down completely if there is ice on the road) and rewatched most of the first season of walking dead, so I'm just imagining how many zombies you could take out with that monster! :D
 
Incredible knife Jason. I'm a huge fan of the WF & spearpoints but to have both is sweet.

Winner. Winner. Chicken Dinner.

Jason congrats on such a beautiful Hinderer. I also have an XM 24, they take beast to a new level, feeling of awesome power when held. Nice set up on a great knife.

I am really liking this knife. The action is great and I really appreciate the spanto grind. I have damaged a couple of my knives tips in the past on accident from very short falls out of my hand. I don't think that's going to be a problem with this one.
 
Great new non-flipper man! I had the same with a sandblasted frame and stonewashed blade, and I loved it. Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed mine!

The exact thought I had when I got my first Hinderer. Sold/traded off my 3 Sebbie's to help fund more XM's and accessories. Sometimes I wish I still had my large seb or micarta insingo, but then I pull out the knife in my pocket and remember what I enjoy and appreciate so much more. I have respect and appreciation for CRK's, but I have something special for Rick Hinderer Knives. I'm very glad to be in the knife game/community right now! Times are a-good.
