A Blackjack-made Reinhardt Kukri was my very first Becker! I've acquired some (many....lol) more Becker models since then, but the the kukri was the first. Bought it in the early 1990s and still have it. It lived in my truck for many years and did quite a bit of camp duty. Still looks almost new. Very fast and light. Absolutely my favorite kukri I've ever owned.

I noticed the "choil" isn't on the new one. Of course, the grinds are different.
 
Looks like the grind line is a lot higher. No choil and more squarish handle, esp at the pommel.

Hope to see the protos soon.
 
It goes without saying that I'm in. Just hope it doesn't take too long. Like to get one before I'm too old to swing it. :(
