Ha! It was the easiest link to grab directly to the page. But not for a minute did I think using a referral link was going to assist my place of being almost 2000 on the wait list. We shall need to wait until people buy them, dont like them, and start putting them here on BF.

ā€¦. Seriously, it looks awesome, Metal Complex did a review on it and he said it was great. It looks beautiful, and from what I could see in the video it looks really smooth. I have Plenty of ā€œhard useā€ overbuilt triad/ frame lock knives, I donā€™t need another unless I really love itā€¦
So this is one I plan on picking up, maybe on the secondary if theyā€™re a little cheaperā€¦.I just hope theyā€™re somewhat obtainable.
Edit: just saw the thicknessā€¦ .095ā€??? Dang I wouldā€™ve liked/expected .120 or something, I hope itā€™s not TOO fragile

Yes, I agree with you. Cool knife. But if you don't mind my rude comments, Metal Complex is a salesman, pure and simple. Many of these guys on YouTube are. They have knives pouring into them from dealers and then we all drool over them and buy them after watching the video. I have noticed that his laugh and various other expressions actually irritate me because they are fake emotion, based on what knife he is trying to sell and what company provided it to him. I like YouTube knife vids because we can check out knives before we buy. But I really have noticed it is a sales venue bigtime. And ask yourself, how did he get that knife before 3000 of us who are on the wait list? Hmmm? I wonder.

I think you have to be somewhat of a salesman to have a channel like that, with 2 uploads everyday.
And yeah that laugh is ridiculous and annoying sometimes, it does seem like fake excitementā€¦.but how can someone (anyone) get excited over knives day after day after day, for years, especially when many are cheap, boring assembly-line type stuff with generic designs and shapes to appeal to a very broad audience?
Also, I could honestly care less, but supposedly he gives most of it away, or sells it for under msrp to his patreons. Idk, itā€™s mostly just entertainment (free at that) and a way to get a good look at the knife, the action, etc, and get the opinion of someone who has handled way more knives than myself.

Maybe, but he definitely finds some knives to NOT be to his liking as well, and doesn't gush about everything. I take things with a grain of salt, and try to look objectively at subjective data. So his videos still help me.
 
What a nice design. The blade grind and thickness has me very interested. Looking forward to picking up a micarta handled version.

Just for the heck of it, im on the waiting list, at 3500 might as well not even be on it w that number.
