That looks really clean ! Great score !!! Those wranglers up here are usually all rusted out, especially the frames. Really tough to find a clean one like that up here and if you do, expensive !!!

I saw several when I was looking that were coated with heavy rust on the underside. Figured they came from up north. There must be a lot being shipped in. Looked at a buy here pay here place at a truck for my son and noticed every thing they had were rusted up bad. This one is completely rust free. I was really surprised when I inspected the underside. A few days before I found this one I found a 05 unlimited with 120K for 10500 that looked great in the pics. Drove 60 miles to test drive it. Pulled on the lot and the Jeep looked brand new,got closer and noticed the wheel wells had a fresh coat of undercoating. First thing I did was hit the ground and crawled under. That things underside looked like it had been sitting in salt water for years,I am talking heavy crusty rust like on a metal pipe that had been under water for years. I got back in the truck and left without even talking to him.
 
Yeah I wouldn't be surprised if those you looked at with rust came from up north. It wasn't so bad here, it was usually the vehicles from north of me from the spray they use on the roads. But now here they are using a very corrosive spray and pure salt and C/C mix. Stuff attacks metal and roads like its a full time job !!! I rust treatment my vehicles twice a year and flush the undercarriage with copious amounts of water to clear any salt. My friends wrangler which he doesn't maintain, we needed to replace the two rear dog legs of the frame. Now my other buddy flushes his all the time and uses a rust treatment is mint. Well before I go off on a tangent cause I really hate rust lol. I'll just say Good for you for finding a clean one ! cause it's getting more and more difficult.
