New Schrade knives

Not quite sure rather to post this here or general, but does anybody know what's going on with these? Especially the zt0400 looking one? Im asking because i dont like to come to conclusions to quickly. I look around on the web and couldnt find anything about if they used the same designer or something like that.

Schrade (or taylor or whoever owns them now) has been known to copy designs over the years. The bokers aren't close and I believe they are ceramic.

Thanks craytab, pretty much what i figured, but wanted to make sure. And yeah the 'cf' ones are both ceramic.
