New Schrade-Walden Knives...who-dunnit?

I stand corrected, the last I knew most of that tooling was sent to Utica Cutlery and was to be produced there.
 
Imperial Schrade did not reveal to the public when it contracted knives from Camillus as a vendor, so it stands to reason that Camillus might well do the same for knives contracted from Utica for them. We could both be right!!
