Well opinions vary as what is to little (%) percent. I would say mine is at least 80% at only a week old. The pics don't show this accuratly and since I posted it has gotten even less.

But I heard that Chris Reeve will just send it back to me since it does not touch the handle yet..

I think it's fine, but if it'll make you rest easier (and it would me) I'd send a picture and question to CRK directly. Otherwise, if you're at all like me, you'll get into overthink and it'll never be quite right.

As long as the lockbar doesn't touch th other slab and you don't have any blade play I wouldn't worry about it. But if it makes you feel better, send it in and have CRK inspected it.
