Here is a satin finished Sentinel 2 with a black+tan G-10 handle. The dimensions are standard Sentinel 2,3 1/2" b.l., 8"o.a.l.The more I do this model the more I like it.Let me know what ya' think, and thanks for checking out my pics.
Fantastic. I like them this size and that blade shape looks like it would make a real good user. Do you use any stabilized woods for handle material? I am not a fan of synthetics.
Thanks, guys. The Sentinel 2 has been my daily carry knife for a little over a year now. It is my idea of what a carry knife should be. As for handle material, I'm open to using just about anything. The synthetics are my favorite, but I have used everything from Dymondwood to mammoth ivory. I like working with different materials, it helps to keep you on your toes.
The standard thickness is 5/32", but I keep 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4" in stock. I like having different sizes on hand so I can make whatever may come to mind.
