New sharpener

I would also be interested in this. Any thing that can make the process quicker and simpler is a plus in my view.

Amazing work!!
It seems to correct all the faults of the other systems out there, incorporated angle control, long shaft to aloud low angles, I love the blade turning device and the auto clamping of the stone.
I do all my sharpening freehand, but this would be my device of choice if not. Very well thought my friend.

Mateo

It appears the design & engineering on this is terrific! Nice work!

So how low of an angle per side can this sharpener go?

Very nice work by the way! I love it!

Guys, I'm appreciate your kindly words, thank you a lot...
Just try to understand me. Here is no machine shop with CNC, yes I do have some
mill and lathe and grinder, but usually I spend more, than 10-14 days to finish one
big sharpener. Plus material, some parts(I have to buy It) and another expenses.
So... all a purpose to post It on our forum is just to show a new ideas and a new
way to make a precise sharpener for using that a years of work.
I do not say - no selling, I'm saying yes, I can to make some for guys. But those
guys suppose to be well motivated to own that sharpener.
So, any question in PM ( I don't know can I show my e-mail)...and I"ll try to satisfy yours
request...

As far as I know you can show your email. I did even before a paying membership.

It would be fantastic if you could get your hands on a cnc mill. I think what you are saying is that the people interested in purchasing one need to consider the labor and materials that go into the making of these and that they are priced accordingly?

Whoever gets one is a lucky guy or gal! I hope that all of your considerable work pays off in some way for you. You might consider a patent if you haven't filed for one already.

By the way, I'm very jealous of your shop! :)

Can't insert a picks...

If I didn't have so much invested in my Wicked Edge I would be all over this =)

wow that looks awesome!! Like Josh - if I wasn't so invested in my wicked edge I would also consider this system.

Wow, that is impressive. Glad the thread popped back up, or I would never have seen it. If I did sharpening for profit, I'd be all in for something like this.
